Molieres. Henri Daillère received at the departmental council

Henri Daillère, of the judo club “Quercy Arts Martiaux” whose headquarters are in Molières, where he lives, with branches in Cazes-Mondenard and Montdoumerc in the Lot, has just won the silver medal at the European Veterans Championships in the under 67 kg category. He lost only 15 seconds from the end of the fight against an excellent Hungarian, while the Moliérain had beaten the reigning world champion before, which made him one of the big favorites for the European title.

He comes back from Heraklion in Crete with a very nice silver medal. A medal which earned him to be received at the hotel of the department by the president of the departmental council Michel Weill who congratulated the champion, and especially the employee, agent of the departmental waste union of Tarn-et-Garonne, in the presence of his work colleagues. Henri Daillère works on the recycling centers of Molières, Montpezat-de-Quercy and Caussade. During the reception, Michel Weill gave him the medal of the department. His medal capital increases. His wife Alexandrine Daillère was several times world and European champion. Henri tries to catch up with her and has promised that he will do the dishes until he gets there, with a lot of humor and his legendary smile. His wife who had an important role in making him go from 80 to 70 kg in three weeks before the competition. From now on, Henri Daillère is preparing for the veteran judo world championships which will take place in September in Krakow, Poland. The objective is clear and precise for the employee of the department: to be world champion!
