The Delegate Councilor for Sports of the Madrid City Council, Sofía Miranda, presented this Saturday the trophies of the 42nd edition of the Municipal Sports Games, in an act in which she highlighted the organizational success of the City Council this season “which is one of the the biggest challenges in the city”, and that, this year in which Madrid has become the World Capital of Sport, “helps to strengthen the organizational skills and love for sport of the people of Madrid”.

In this sense, Miranda also thanked the “parents of the kids” for their involvement with their children in promoting the sport, as well as the great work that the area’s technicians have done to organize this championship. “They are the best example of what we do every day at the Madrid City Council for municipal sports,” she said.
