Minamiko had the highest 3rd place in the past, but on this day he won the Inakita Sports Boy Scouts in the semi-finals and advanced to the final. He took the momentum and defeated Iijima by a large margin.
Minamiko scored 19 points at a stroke with the onslaught of 23 batters such as Miyazawa and Koyama’s running home runs for the first time, and added 2 points in the 4th inning to push them out. Iijima showed the tenacity to return 3 points in the final 4th inning, wild pitch, etc., but could not repel the big difference.
