Lleida Basketball leaves the list of defaulters while Lleida Esportiu remains on it, alongside Mario Conde or Samuel Eto’o

The commission agent Luis Medina, investigated for alleged fraud against the Madrid City Council in the purchase of masks during the pandemic, and the Basque businessman José María Aristrain have entered the list of taxpayers who owe the Treasury more than 600,000 euros, while the coach of the Real Madrid, Carlo Ancelotti, Twitter and Nozar real estate disappear from it. Thus, among these new personalities who enter the list, Luis Medina Abascal accumulates a debt with the treasury of 653,000 euros, while the debt of the Basque steelmaker, José María Aristrain, amounts to 1.26 million euros.

In contrast, Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti, who accumulated a debt of 1.4 million euros in the previous publication, the Nozar real estate company, which owed 214.88 million euros, or Twitter, whose indebtedness reached 800,000 euros. The City Council of San Fernando or Lleida Basquet also leave the list.

They also remain on the ‘old acquaintances’ list of the Treasury, such as Agapito García Sánchez, who is one of the taxpayers who owes the most to the treasury, with a debt that slightly exceeds 15 million euros; although for some time now he is no longer the most delinquent natural person. In this list, the highest debtors with the treasury are the brothers Ramón and Agustín Olivares Garrigos, who each owe the same figure, 36.8 million.

Also included are Teresa Maldonado Taillefer and her husband, Jesús Ruiz Casado, owners of the real estate developer Aifos, who owe the Treasury 15.66 million euros and 15.56 million euros, respectively, in line with the previous year.

The chef Sergi Arola (985,156 euros), the former soccer player Samuel Eto’o (981,598 euros), the writer Ildefonso Falcones, with 1.7 million, the former partner of Iñaki Urdangarín, Diego Torres (956,019 euros), or the actress María Paz Campos , known as Paz Vega, who owes the Treasury more than 3 million euros, are also repeated on the list.

CESAR VIDAL, DANI ALVES AND JOSE LUIS MORENO

The former president of the IMF and former Minister of Economy Rodrigo Rato also appears on the list with a debt of 1.39 million euros, as well as the former president of Banesto Mario Conde (7.8 million), the writer César Vidal (2, 6 million), the soccer player Dani Alves (2.08 million) or the communicator Patricia Conde (1.04 million). The show business man José Luis Moreno also remains on the list of defaulters but through the debt maintained by his companies Kulteperalia, which owes 950,530 euros, and Alba Adriatica, with 1.8 million euros.

REYAL URBIS REPEATS AS THE MOST DEFAULT COMPANY

As for companies, once again Reyal Urbis repeats as the company that owes the most money to the Treasury, with 310 million euros, which far exceeds companies such as Marillion, with 123.5 million, or Vittone 1842, with 111 million. Among the companies that make the list, Palemad Reciclaje stands out, with a debt of 127.6 million. Likewise, the company Tesedul SA, used by the former treasurer of the PP, Luis Bárcenas, to resort to tax amnesty continues to appear on the list with a debt of 1.3 million, an amount similar to that included in the previous list.

The list also includes sports clubs that have debts with the Treasury, such as the Lleida Esportiu Terraferma Club Fútbol, ​​with a debt of 1.69 million euros; Real Murcia CF, with 10.1 million; the Hercules, with 2.39 million; and Xerez Club Deportivo, which owes 8.7 million euros. Also noteworthy is the United Left of the Community of Madrid, which raises its debt even more, with 939,637 euros.

The list of defaulters of the Treasury is abandoned in cases in which debtors reduce their debt below 600,000 euros, even if it is close to that figure, or due to other assumptions such as cancellations due to collection or prescription or due to definitive insolvency. among others, without prejudice to the fact that they may reappear later.

In this ninth list of defaulters of the Tax Agency, a total of 7,037 debtors with the Treasury of more than 600,000 euros are included at the end of 2021, which is 3.3% less compared to the last list published in December.

According to the data provided this Thursday by the Tax Agency, the global amount of debts included in the new list reaches 17,710 million euros, 2.9% less, although subtracting duplications -since there are amounts that correspond to main debtors and responsible for their solidarity–, the amount would be 14,567 million euros and therefore, about 4.2% lower.
