Kevin De Bruyne: “I will stay with the Devils at least until Euro 2024”

The golden generation of the Red Devils is getting a little old. So many wonder if some of the current Devils will not end their international careers after the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. Witsel and Vertonghen already brushed off this hypothesis earlier this week.

In an interview with Het Laatste Nieuws, Kevin De Bruyne in turn said that he did not intend to take leave of the selection yet: “I do not know yet until when I will continue to play with the Red Devils. But I will stay with the Devils at least until Euro 2024, if nothing serious happens to me.”

“We’ll see how I feel at that time. Quality is more important to me than quantity,” continued KDB, who could favor his family in the future, “it’s also difficult to find a good balance between the family and the life we lead. My wife understands this well, the children sometimes. They find it a pity that dad cannot be present all the time.”
