Judo has been practiced in the old school in Grieth since 1976 under the direction of Hubert Hell. Since there was more and more interest, Hubert Hell founded the Judo Club Grieth eV in September 1977. Judo training takes place regularly.
The offers of Pilates, abs, back and buttocks and yoga take place on a weekly basis. There are morning courses, afternoon courses and evening courses. Registration information and dates can be found here here
