James absent at Al Rayyan’s pre-season start

Al Rayyan is already thinking about the 2022/23 campaign, possibly without one of his stars. The Qatari club began pre-season work this Tuesday, June 21, and the main absence was that of James Rodríguez, who would be looking for a new destination despite having a valid contract until mid-2024.

On August 3, the new season will begin for Al Rayyan at home against Al Shamal for the Qatar Stars League, since the round of 16 of the AFC Champions League in this part of the Asian continent are scheduled for February next year, a phase in which they will face Al Duhail from their own country.
