PSG: Icardi assures that he wants to stay this summer

Mauro Icardi is part of the list of players that PSG wants to sell this summer. But the Argentinian does not seem to hear it that way. In response, on Instagram, to an article from the Gazzetta dello Sport indicating that Paris wanted to sell him, Mauro Icardi was quite sharp with the journalist who authored the article, Alessandro Grandesso, and indicated that he intended to stay Paris.

“Where did Icardi go? A dream life, but a career in the balance. ‘Maurito’ is enjoying a great vacation with his wife in Africa while PSG try to sell him, but he earns 10 million net a year. And he comes out of a season with only 5 goals and a lot of gossip,” the article reads.

“I’m in Africa Alessandro, next year I’ll let you organize my vacation if you want. Or are these talks just bullshit like every year? When I was scoring 30 goals a season, there were the same arguments. My career in the balance? I still have two years left on my contract. It doesn’t seem as clear to me as you say with this bullshit written. At 29, don’t worry, with almost 200 goals scored, everyone tells me knows quite well. And then I decide to stay and make myself available. Thank you very much, I send you a big hug from Africa, with the gorillas, with the faithful and all my friends who have more respect than a journalist like you . Goodbye.”
