The Perfume Okcheon Grape and Peach Festival will be held from the 29th to the 31st of next month at the Okcheon Public Stadium in North Chungcheong Province.
According to Okcheon-gun on the 22nd, about 40 farmhouses with facility grapes will participate in the festival.
A sparkling discount sale event where you can buy grapes and peaches at a discount is planned.
There is also a history exhibition hall where you can see the grape and peach cultivation process, current status, and development history of the region at a glance.
On one side of the festival grounds, children’s drawing contests, fruit cake making, and popular singers’ concerts are held.
At the outdoor performance hall of the Kwanseong Hall, national-scale celebratory concerts, youth festivals, and song festivals are scheduled.
An exhibition of excellent products from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is also held in the living gym area.
Prior to the festival, the national foot volleyball competition and the national badminton competition will be held from the 23rd to the 24th of next month.
Apart from this festival, grapes and peaches will be sold online at the planning center inside the post office shopping mall until September 30.
During the festival held online last year, agricultural specialties and SME products were sold worth 2.6 billion won.
