Paris 2024 has just published a new market: AMI – Partnership Category – Standard and competition sports equipment.

The need for Paris 2024

In order to support its growth, Paris 2024 wishes to set up a partnership mechanism to cover its needs for furniture and equipment on the sites of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

With regard to sports equipment, the needs are expressed by lot:

Batches grouping together specific and standard sports equipment that can be shared between different disciplines

  • Lot 1 : Purchasing, supply and storage of sports equipment specific to Olympic and Paralympic sports,
  • Lot 2 : Standard sports equipment for Olympic and Paralympic sports (fog horns, pumps, pressure gauges, competition flags, flag poles, whistles, chasubles, chalk, binoculars, clipboards, manual scoreboards, bells, benches touch pads, cones, armbands, boxes, game engagement pieces, adhesive tapes, meters, stickers, safety pins, boxes and balls for draws, cable ties, starter guns and life jackets),
  • Lot 3 : Fitness equipment needed for warming up and working out,
  • Lot 4 : sports floors,
  • Lot 5 : Scales necessary for different sports,
  • Lot 6 : Equipment needed to measure meteorological data,
  • Lot 7 : Sports initiation equipment used in schools and clubs,

  • Lot 8 : gymnastic sports equipment,
  • Lot 9 : badminton sports equipment,
  • Lot 10 : Archery sports equipment,
  • Lot 11 : Taekwondo sports equipment,

  • Lot 13 : Scales For Boats,
  • Lot 14 : Lane lines for canoe sprint, rowing, para canoe and para rowing events,
  • Lot 15 : Anti-wave system for canoe sprint, rowing, para canoe and para rowing events,
  • Lot 16 : rowing boats,
  • Lot 17 : para rowing boats,
  • Lot 18 : Slalom canoes and repair service,
  • Lot 19 : Slalom kayaks and repair service,
  • Lot 20 : Extreme Slalom Kayaks And Repair Service,
  • Lot 21 : Kayaks (single, two-seater and four-seater) canoe sprint and repair service,
  • Lot 22 : Kayaks (single-seater) para canoe and repair service,
  • Lot 23 : Canoes (single and two-seater) canoe racing and repair service,
  • Lot 24 : Va’a de para canoe and the repair service,
  • Lot 25 : Length and width measuring gauges for canoe-kayak events,
  • Lot 26 : Equipment for members of the whitewater boating safety team for canoe-kayak events,
  • Lot 27 : Helmets, vests and skirts for canoeing,
  • Lot 28 : Paddles for canoeing and the associated repair service,
  • Lot 29 : Buoys for aquatic events,
  • Lot 30 : Autonomous buoys for sailing events,
  • Lot 31 : Swimming lanes and modern pentathlon and the water polo playing area,
  • Lot 32 : water polo balls,

Batches grouping together different types of identified sports equipment

  • Lot 33 : BMX freestyle competition area and warm-up area,
  • Lot 34 : Skateboard Street, Skateboard Park and warm-up areas,
  • Lot 35 : Canopy for 3×3 basketball events,
  • Lot 36 : SAE load-bearing framework (Artificial Climbing Structure) integrating the weather cover and the platform,
  • Lot 37 : Blind Football Field,
  • Lot 38 : Blind football goals and rebound boards,
  • Lot 39 : Hockey corner goals and posts. Shelters and benches for hockey teams and technical hockey officials,
  • Lot 40 : Handball Goals
  • Lot 41 : Sitting Volleyball Posts And Nets,
  • Lot 42 : rugby posts,
  • Lot 43 : Training and competition rings, punching bags, gallows and training dummies,
  • Lot 44 : Fencing Chair Bindings,
  • Lot 45 : Fencing and modern pentathlon control equipment,
  • Lot 46 : Repair service and body threads, threads for fencing and modern pentathlon masks.

PARTNERSHIP PRINCIPLES

The main objective pursued by the conclusion of these partnership contracts is the seeking cash funding necessary for the organization of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

? The candidate must therefore, in his proposal, indicate the amount of the cash contribution he is proposing.

Paris 2024 attaches importance to the Social and Environmental Responsibility (RSE).
