Il Italian National Olympic Committee e Rome airports sign an agreement to facilitate travel operations for athletes involved in events and competitions. There news was made official today, Thursday 23 June, with a press release published on the CONI website.
Thanks to this partnership they will come optimize and speed up all airport proceduresi to guarantee the Azzurri and their staff maximum comfort and relaxation during the trip. Specifically, CONI will have the task of providing ADR with i names of the teams in transit with all the relative details regarding the flightsthus making the transition much easier.
A lot of satisfaction on both sides: “Aeroporti di Roma, always sensitive to cultural and social issues – said Veronica Pamio, ADR Vice President External Relations and Sustainability – has enthusiastically decided to be alongside CONI to promote initiatives and sporting events at Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. This partnership represents an important step in the process of enhancing culture and sport, as well as a further confirmation of ADR’s commitment to combine excellence and social sustainability and to ensure that Fiumicino’s role as a gateway to Rome and the country is increasingly future-proof“.
