Debts of the sports clubs towards the Municipality, the administration approves two repayment plans: one concerns the Tennis Club and the other the Civitanovese basketball team. In all there is talk of over 54 thousand euros, which are however almost all on the back of the tennis players, called to pay 51,337 euros into the coffers of Palazzo Sforza. The sums have been quantified by the accounting service and the debts are attributable, as regards the basketball company, to non-payments for the period 2016-2020 of the amounts due for the use of the municipal gym of the Pirandello school, and as regards instead the Tennis Club for sums not paid in violation of the agreements established in the agreement that regulates the management of the playing fields at the municipal sports center. The debt exposure of the Tennis Club has worsened over time, reaching 51,337 euros and the proposal for the repayment plan – installments of 713 euros until the payment is due – was accepted by the Municipality. It covers a duration of six years, for a total number of 72 installments at an annual interest rate of 1.25%. The value to be paid in installments is therefore 49,434 euros, plus the interest, equal to 1,902 euros, for a total of 51,337 euros. The payments began in April 2022 and will end in March 2028. As for the asd Pallacanestro, the installments are 12, from 234 euros. The company started paying in April and will pay off its debt in March 2023. The total to be paid is € 2,807.
