Club: The recovery date confirmed, but with a small committee in sight

Scheduled by Mauricio Pochettino on July 4, the date of resumption of training for PSG players is confirmed. It will therefore take place without the Argentinian to lead it but also without several internationals like Kylian Mbappé, Lionel Messi or Neymar who benefit from additional leave.

After a little over a month of hiatus, PSG is preparing to find its way back to the pitch and Camp des Loges. Scheduled for July 4 by Mauricio Pochettino, the date for resuming training is confirmed and the Parisians will sign their return to work next Monday. With the departure of his Argentinian coach still in negotiations, PSG hopes to be able to find a quick outcome and officially appoint his successor in stride. Christophe Galtier is still holding the rope to take up the torch, he who was replaced by Lucien Favre at the head of the OGC Nice first team.

According to RMC, this resumption of training must take place without several internationals. Presnel Kimpembe and Kylian Mbappé should miss the call, they who benefit from additional leave. Same thing for the South Americans Marquinhos, Neymar, Lionel Messi or even Leandro Paredes. The planned absences are not yet all known, but the players for whom the end-of-season whistle sounded last should not be on the side of Saint-Germain-en-Laye.

Several young people should be part of the group that will return to training on Monday. This will certainly be the case for Ismaël Gharbi, who recently signed his first professional contract with PSG. While uncertainty still surrounds his future, Arnaud Kalimuendo should also find the Parisian workforce. The capital’s club players will have eleven days ahead of them to prepare for a first friendly match against US Quevilly Rouen Métropole scheduled for July 15.
