A Seniors Olympic day, organized by the Espace Seniors, will take place on Thursday 23 June at Parc de Gourjade.
On the program: from 8:30 a.m., sneakers on your feet, many of you are expected to celebrate the Olympic values!
This is an opportunity to discover or rediscover the activities offered at the Espace Seniors but also to learn about new practices.
In addition to sports practice, you can also discover the stands of the Maison Sport-Santé de Castres: obtain a personalized program that meets your needs to allow you to practice a sustainable physical and sports activity.
The efFORMip association which accompanies carriers of chronic pathologies by including the practice of physical activity in the course of care. At 2 p.m., she will lead the conference “When moving becomes essential”.

Registrations for this day are in progress, but it is also possible to register the same day at Gourjade, depending on the remaining places.
The City of Castres has been labeled “Terre de Jeux 2024!”. In this context, the Municipal Social Action Center (CCAS) of Castres wishes to take advantage of this label to offer actions around sport, health and culture in connection with the Olympic Games. Everyone can come with their picnic (a space will be set up).
