On the occasion of the general meeting which took place this Thursday evening, FC Barcelona formalized the sale of BLM thanks to a vote. The leaders of the Blaugranas have, in fact, obtained the agreement of the socios to sell 49.9% of Barça Licensing Merchandising. In the evening, the Catalan club communicated the results and the socios voted in favor of the sale with 568 votes, against 65 votes.
Therefore and thanks to this sale, the Culés could recover between 200 and 300 million euros. It should also be noted that the socios of Barça have approved that of 25% of the television rights of the Catalan club. According Sports world, these two economic levers could bring in between 700 and 800 million euros. Something to bail out the club’s coffers and bode well for the summer transfer window…
