Tijuana.- The badminton players from Quintana Roo are already at the headquarters of the Conade 2022 National Games for the first part of the actions of this discipline, which includes the Sub 15 and Sub 17 categories.
Starting this Thursday, June 9, and until Sunday, June 12, the competitions will be held in the city of Tijuana, where the players from Quintana Roo will be looking to get on the winners’ podium.
In the Under 17 category, Diego Castro participates in singles, while in the doubles category he will be doing a pair with Maximiliano Barreto.
In the Under 15 category, Isabel Meling and Patricio Meling will compete in the mixed doubles event; the athletes are under the direction of coach Alejandro Orozco. The Quintana Roo referee Ana Verónica Zapata Barredas also attends this national event.
