ATP Halle: Oscar Otte after beating Karen Khachanov in the semifinals against Daniil Medvedev

With his third semi-final entry on the ATP tour this year, Otte will be at least 38th in the world rankings that will be published on Monday, which is higher than ever.

He is currently in 51st place, which he achieved when he reached the semi-finals in Stuttgart last week.

Otte is the last German participant in the tournament.

However, the Spaniard had his chances, but Medvedev fended off all of his opponent’s nine break chances.
