Antwerp can lure Christopher Scott away to Bayern Munich | Jupiler Pro League

Technical director Marc Overmars has struck again on the transfer market: 20-year-old Christopher Scott, a promising attacking midfielder from Bayern Munich, signs for 4 seasons with Antwerp.

He was seen as one of Bayern Munich’s growth brilliance, especially when Scott was allowed to make his debut in the main squad of the Rekordmeister at the age of 18.

But the competition from Thomas Müller and Jamal Musiala turned out to be too great for the young talent. He still showed good things for the Bayern promise team – last season he was good for 7 goals and 8 assists – but the 20-year-old attacking midfielder was looking for a way out.

The German youth international, who currently plays for the U20, heard the call of Antwerp and signed a contract for four seasons at the Bosuil. Scott, who had his youth training at Bayer Leverkusen, hopes to launch his career in Antwerp.
