Walking, sophrology, balance workshop, kin-ball, electric bike and archery made up the program of sports activities offered on Thursday at the René-Yves-Aubin sports complex.
The day was organized by the Espace l’Alliance and aimed at the public frequenting the reception and entertainment areas of Auxerre, and more particularly seniors. More than fifty participants responded. They were supervised by the sports educators of the City.
Given the success of the day, a new edition could be offered in the coming months.
