An Asturian cyclist has died this Sunday after suffering an accident during a sports event in the El Cerrato area, in the province of Palencia.
During the celebration of the “Santiago Trophy” cycling event, which runs through the Cerrat area, a cyclist left the road and collided with a vertical sign.
As reported by the Government sub-delegation in Palencia, the cyclist has been transferred to the Río Carrión Hospital, where his death has been confirmed.
