Adeyemi’s successor – Salzburg has a new rocket in its attack

The sporting aspects took a back seat on Friday, although there were bright spots in the Salzburg team. One newcomer in particular stood out. Fernando, who switched from Donetsk to the Salzach for six million euros, showed in his first game in the Bulls jersey that he can be an enormous reinforcement. The Brazilian made his debut in the second half and was extremely eye-catching right from the start. His speed in particular was a big problem for the Bulgarian defence, but he was not yet able to score his first goal. Nevertheless, Salzburg’s new rocket could soon become a fan favorite – his playing style is somewhat reminiscent of his predecessor Karim Adeyemi. It is still too early for a first conclusion, but the first impression of Fernando is promising.
