A complaint from a leader of the coaching center accuses them of corruption and unfair administration and even points to more alleged irregularities by the president of the FEF

The Court of First Instance and Instruction Number 4 of Majadahonda (Madrid) has admitted a lawsuit against the president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), Luis Rubiales, and against the Barcelona Football Club player and owner of the company Kosmos Global Holding, Gerard Piqué, for the alleged crimes of corruption in business and unfair administration.

This is stated in a car, to which Europa Press has had access, signed by the head of the Court, Delia Rodrigo, who has decided to open preliminary proceedings as a result of the complaint filed a month ago against Rubiales and Piqué by the leader of the Center National Training for Football Coaches (CENAFE), Miguel Ángel Galán, whom the magistrate summons to deposit a bail of 10,000 euros if he wants to act as a popular accusation in the case.

The Majadahonda judge points out in the order, which was issued this Monday, that the facts denounced by Galán “have the characteristics of an alleged crime of unfair administration and corruption in business”, although she agrees to open preliminary proceedings by not being ” determined the nature and circumstances of such facts nor the persons who have intervened in them.
