Who are the new deputies of the Republic?

30 deputies and 27 deputies make up the new Congress of the Republic.

The most common profession among them is business administration: 13 legislators are specialists in that area, ahead of nine lawyers.

There are three legislators in their twenties: Sofía Guillén, from the Broad Front, 29 years old, Priscilla Vindas, also from that group, 28, and Carlos García, from the Christian Social Unit, who is 25.

Two former candidates for the presidency of the Republic will occupy seats in the next four years, they are Fabricio Alvarado, from New Republic, and Eliécer Feinzaig, from Liberal Progressive.

The deputies arrived at Congress this May 1 without breaking the protocol, with their own badges.

The PUSC legislator, Vanessa Castro, says that her children bought her the dress for this session.

Among the deputies there are also athletes, such as Gilberto Campos, from the Progressive Liberal, and who is a black belt in Judo.

This is the first time that deputies have taken office in the new legislative building.
