As part of an agreement with the National Sports Agency (ANS), the French Football Federation (FFF) will, by 2024, finance the construction of 200 new football pitches. The objective is to develop the alternative practice for everyone of the number one sport with 120 outdoor futsal pitches and 80 five-a-side football pitches (Foot5), both in working-class neighborhoods and in rural areas.
These new installations will be financed by the 3F to the tune of 4.2 million euros thanks to the Amateur Football Aid Fund (FAFA). In addition to the emergence of these 200 new pieces of equipment, 400 jobs will see the light of day over three years. If the jobs created will be subsidized by the ANS, the FFF will train supervisors by creating a federal diploma of local sports educator.
