“The Council Takes the Pitch!” was carried out with “resounding success”

The great commitment of the Deliberative Council for the more than 800 children and adolescents of the Day Home was a resounding success. From sports to humor were present in the “Council goes out to the field”, received with great urgency by those present.

The Music Band of the Penitentiary Service performed all the hits that made the families dance and sing. The players from Crucero del Norte who accompanied each soccer game, joined by Councilor Daniel Vacsik and the women’s squad of Mayor María Eva Jiménez and her team, marked the field and reaffirmed that “sport has no gender and that it shortens the distances between us.

Newmen brought all things rap and hip hop to snack time, and even discovered hidden dance talents in the boys. Ariel Winzeler and his entire Table Tennis team also joined the proposal. The hour of humor and moments of laughter were thanks to the clown Chini, who filled the Hogar de Día with jokes and games.

The boys from Club Miter and the Adapted Soccer area showed that inclusion, the desire to play and sports are a perfect combination to save lives. The taekwondo, boxing and judo exhibitions with the presence of the instructor Alicia Zalesak, from the ITF Taekwondo Institute, the boxing teacher Luis Ortega and the judo teacher Martín Fernández, joined in demonstrating the importance of protecting children’s values and teenagers.

From the HCD, they also thanked the Minister of Addiction Prevention and Drug Control, Samuel López, the Undersecretary of Addiction Prevention, Roberto Padilla and the great team of the Home, for allowing this great entertainment to be carried out for the children.

With the endorsement of municipal and provincial authorities, this new decentralization proposal of the Deliberative Council will seek to put new Posada neighborhoods on the agenda to bring joy and inclusion.
