Zlatan Ibrahimovic cast doubt on his future, stressing that his choice “depended” on the answers he expects from a physical point of view, Sunday after winning the title of Italian champion with AC Milan.
“I suffered a lot for this trophy, it’s the one that gives me the most satisfaction,” said the 40-year-old Swede, at the microphone of DAZN.
Asked if he had played his last match on Sunday, he indicated that “it depends (had)”: “First I have to do things to be well, it depends on what will happen in the coming days” , he added.
“When I arrived (in 2020, editor’s note), a journalist told me that normally returning players can only do less well… I responded by promising that I would bring Milan back to the top and that we would win the scudetto. Some were laughing, but here I am, champ,” he said.
