INDOSPORT.COM – Rahmad Darmawan apparently is not satisfied with the new recruits of Rans Cilegon FC ahead of Liga 1 2022/2023.
The coach of Rans Cilegon FC, Rahmad Darmawan, admitted that he was not satisfied with the appearance of the players in the test matches so far. Despite regular training, the player’s condition has not yet reached the best level.
Rahmad Darmawan said all players, both old and new faces, still have to work hard in training. The desired target has not been achieved.
Because they are still focused on building physical strength, the aggressiveness of the players has not been maximized.
“I’m not satisfied. My players are still running hard because we are building strength to speed, their agility has decreased,” said Rahmad Darmawan.
To increase the physical level of players, Rans Cilegon FC has scheduled two post-Eid test matches.
Raffi Ahmad’s team will also go to Yogyakarta for a training camp.
In Yogya, Rans Cilegon FC is also scheduled for a number of test matches with opponents of equal quality, namely teams from Liga 1.
“This trial is actually a risk. But if you don’t want to lose, don’t try it. I held a trial because I wanted to see their strength (players),” said Rahmad Darmawan.
“If it’s just practice, the player’s endurance doesn’t come. In the trials, I applied simple schemes and tactics, but was more dominant in the aggressiveness of pressing players against the opponent,” he added.
