NBA: Steven Adams still sidelined with Covid-19 as Memphis Grizzlies tie up series with Golden State Warriors

Steven Adams has remained sidelined in the NBA’s Covid-19 protocols as a Ja Morant masterclass has helped the Memphis Grizzlies lock up their playoff series with the Golden State Warriors.

Thanks to Morant’s 47 points, the second-round playoff series is locked up at one each following game two on Wednesday (NZ time) that the Grizzlies won 106-101.

Memphis was forced to overcome the loss of Dillon Brooks in just the third minute after he was ejected for an ugly challenge on Golden State’s Gary Payton II.
