NBA PlayOffs 2022: Controversy with the “dirtiest” foul of the NBA Playoffs: Dillon Brooks breaks Gary Payton II’s elbow

EThe second game of the series Playoffs NBA in between Warriors y Grizzlies It was marked by JaMorant’s 47 points to lead the victory of Memphis and the “dirty game” of the Tennessee that Golden State denounced.

In the toughest play of the game, Dillon Brooks was ejected for committing a level 2 flagrant foul on Gary Payton II.

“This is bullshit Dillon”Warriors coach Steve Kerr yelled after seeing the foul on Gary Payton.

At the conclusion of the game the Grizzlies reported that the son of Gary Payton suffered a fractured right elbow.

“I don’t know if it was intentional, but it was dirty,” an upset Warriors coach Steve Kerr said of Dillon Brooks’ foul on Gary Payton II.

Everybody is going to compete, everybody is going to fight for everything. someone in danger by hitting him in the air, hitting him in the head and ultimately breaking his elbow… Dillon Brooks broke that code,” the Warriors coach said of the controversial foul.

“The playoffs should be Gary Payton II time and some guy punches him out of the air…”

In this season’s NBA Playoffs Gary Payton II, whom it cost him a lot to get to the NBA (he was cut by four teams in six years) and was close to quitting basketball, he was averaging 7 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists and steals in 18 minutes.

“Gary Payton II is a guy who has worked hard for the last six years trying to make it in this league, he finally found his place. The playoffs should be the time of his life and some guy walks in and hits him in the head in the air.” …” Kerr complained.
