While the Los Angeles Lakers are actively looking for a new coach, Darwin Ham and Terry Stotts would be the favorites to take this position.
The Los Angeles Lakers have had a more than complicated season. Indeed, if the Angelinos were initially among the favorites for the title of NBA champion, the latter did not even manage to reach the Playoffs in the end. A huge disappointment for the Californian franchise, which had managed to form a Big Three very impressive on paper, consisting of LeBron James, Anthony Davis et Russell Westbrook. After two failed campaigns, a first decision was taken with the departure of Frank Vogel. In search of his successor, the Lakers would have identified two targets.

Pour The Athletic, Jovan Buha mentioned the position of coach of the Los Angeles Lakersfor which two favorites emerge. “The Lakers have already been linked to a dozen candidates for their position as head coach, but none of them have emerged as the main contender. Darvin Ham and Terry Stotts are arguably the closest to the current favourites” confided the journalist, according to comments relayed by Let’s talk basketball.
