The affair between Michelle Beadle and LeBron James caused a stir a few months ago, and the journalist returned to the charge recently. This time, she claims that the Chosen One had sent her a private message on the subject… The fans, however, have a hard time believing her.
LeBron James is the type to want to choose the people around him, and this does not only concern the members of the franchise whose colors he wears. The Lakers winger also has his little favorites among the media, such as Rachel Nichols from the time she worked for ESPN. Others, on the other hand, are regularly snubbed by the quadruple champion, especially if they are systematically critical of him.
Among this category, one case remains quite extreme, that of Michelle Beadle. The latter made fun of him following The Decision in 2010, and has been quiet since the four-time champion tried to get her fired from her job. Also a former employee of ESPN, she returned to the charge recently with an anecdote on this case. According to her, the King would have come to complain to her in private, via a simple text message:

I poked fun at “The Decision,” and I was one of countless people who did. It was hilarious, and I remember I got a message – it was a long time ago, I think it was when I was following it, and I got a DM that said, “Why are you are you so mean to me on tv? “. And I laughed it off. I didn’t even think about it.
Following his choice to join South Beach, then leaving the Cavs entirely dependent on him, LBJ had attracted a host of criticism and some are still angry with him for that, to this day. However, it would seem that he was particularly ticked in the case of Beadle, without the exact reason for it being known. That being said, fans remained wary of the reporter’s statement, as L-Train is not one to engage in such practices.

Intoxication or real info? Nobody knows except Michelle Beadle and LeBron James, and we doubt the King will give us his version of the facts. On the other hand, not sure if this is the last revelation on this story…
