Jon Rahm is placed as the sole leader of the Mexican Open

Jon Rahm, number two in the world, signed this Friday a second round of 66 shots, five under par, to continue as the leader of the Mexican Opentournament of the PGA tour that takes place in Puerto Vallarta, Mexican Pacific.

Rahm, former world number one, he broke with his performance on the second day a fivefold tie for first place he had with Americans Jonathan Byrd, Brendon Todd, Trey Mullinax and Bryson Nimmer

Rahm In the second round he achieved three bogeys and eight birdies on the first, third, sixth, ninth, twelfth, fourteenth, fifteenth and eighteenth holes.

The Mexico Open debuted this year on the PGA tour, with a $7.3 million prize pool, the winner of which will receive 500 ranking points.
