Jimmy Butler with intentions to play despite his knee inflammation

Jimmy Butler is one of those players who doesn’t give up in the face of important moments for his team and for the Miami Heat it is essential to have him for the fourth game of the series against the Celtics this Monday.

The veteran forward has inflammation in his right knee but intends to play in Monday’s game against the Celtics, according to Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.

Butler, who is officially listed as questionable for Game 4, missed the second half of Saturday’s 109-103 Game 3 victory because of a swollen knee.

According to the report, Butler has experienced problems with his right knee throughout this season. If he is limited or unable to play, Victor Oladipo would take his place as the starter.

The 32-year-old Butler is looking for his first NBA title and has the opportunity to do so with Miami, after his excellent career in the best basketball in the world.

He has six appearances in the All-Star Game, five times he has been on the defensive team of the season, has four selections to the All-NBA team and was the stealing champion in 2021-2022.
