Ivory Coast: Judo – A dojo of 150 million FCFA soon in Agboville

The Ivorian Judo Federation, led by Seydou Dsubscription, intends to make Agboville one of the important centers of Ivorian judo. The announcement was made last weekend during the judo championships which took place in the Agnéby-Tiassa region.

“I am a happy president. The authorities were receptive from the start of the project. This already reassures us in our objective of making Agboville one of the important centers of Ivorian judo. height of 150 million FCfa, fruit of the partnership with the French Federation”, declared the president of the Fijda.

Regarding the judo championships endowed with the Pierre Dimba trophy (Minister of Health and President of the Agnéby-Tiassa Regional Council), they were fiercely contested. It was the Cesca that dominated the debates with 9 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze medals.

At the level of individuals, several leaders have kept their crowns. Koffi Krémé spread Gnonhouli Philippe, in the -100kg final, Fofana Fatim dominated Kouamé Marie-Claude in the -78kg.

Other shooters have made their comeback. Among them, Zahamo Lezano, winner of Polneau Wilfried in the final of + 100 kg or Monney Régis, who defeated N’Dri Malick in the final of -60 kg.

An eyewitness to these championships, the sub-prefect of Grand Morié, Soumahoro Yssouf, was delighted with the choice of Agboville for these championships and congratulated the president of Fijda for his actions in favor of the popularization of this discipline.
