Ensenada, Baja California.- The directors and staff of the Municipal Institute of Sport and Recreation (Inmudere) met with sports promoters to make a diagnosis of the needs in the sports units.
Víctor Octavio González Velázquez, director of the Institute, mentioned that this diagnosis will allow knowing the current conditions of sports spaces, and the needs in terms of disciplines that are offered in each of them.
The foregoing, explained the municipal official, to establish agreements between the promoters of the Inmudere, download sports support, materials and equipment for the activities.
Likewise, promote the training of sports promoters to update and reinforce their knowledge in the sport they practice and teach, but at the same time improve their teaching strategy.
On the other hand, González Velázquez said that as part of the joint work, the “Rescatando Mi Cancha” program is being implemented, with which it is intended to rehabilitate sports units and spaces for the benefit of users, athletes and the community in general.
The meeting was attended by more than 20 sports promoters, from various neighborhoods such as Praderas del Ciprés, Pórticos del Mar, Ex Ejido Ruiz Cortines, Granjas El Gallo, Hidalgo, Real Madrid, Villas IV and VI, Todos Santos, Rosas Magallón, Jesús Munguía, Francisco Villa, Misiones de la Presa, Valle de las Palmas, Santo Tomás, Valle Verde, Puerto Azul and Colonia 89, to name a few.
