The next baseball country derby is scheduled for the weekend at the sports facility in Rohrbach.
Dornbirn. After sharing points on the final day away at ASAK Athletics, the Indians are looking to start a winning streak again.
The Hard Bulls have performed well so far, losing by three runs or fewer in two of their four losses. The record champion Vienna Metrostars was only able to defeat Harder in extra time two weeks ago. With the Indians, Marcel Jäger is back in the squad after illness, along with Michael Jäger and Simon Plagg (both absent from Attnang for professional reasons). Whether starting pitcher Andriu Marin is fit again after his injury on the last day of the game against the Bulls will probably only be seen on the day of the game. Should Marin drop out, there are other pitchers available in Jochen Pfister and Kruno Gojkovic. (cth)
