GRIESHEIM – The Tamanégi Judo Griesheim team took second place at the open city championship in Schwalbach am Taunus. Christian Kühte, Johannes Roßbach, Anek Naksuwan, Dominik Wassmer, Felix Seitz and Niklas Schnorrbusch clinched the first of four team wins (consisting of five fights each) by beating the hosts 3:2. After a 1:4 against the eventual tournament winners of Judokwai Elz-Hadamar-Limburg, further 3:2 victories against Frankfurt and Rimbach followed. The last team fight against Großkrotzenburg started with a strong performance by Christian Kühte over the full fight time, which ended in a draw. Johannes Roßbach, Dominik Wassmer and Felix Seitz finally secured the 3-1 victory for Griesheim.
