There will be an elephant in the courtroom of the Lisbon Criminal Court next Friday, May 13, the day set for the alleged hacker, Rui Pinto, to make statements: the other defendant in the case, lawyer Aníbal Pinto, who arrived defending the most famous Portuguese hacker, this Monday asked for the removal of the prosecutor from the case, magistrate Marta Viegas.
