Coach Manu Da Costa and his players came to the stand to chat with the supporters. “A club without a supporter is not a club. It’s not just people being put in a box and told to make noise on game day. They are important people. You have to have this relationship with them and respect them. This season, they have suffered a lot because they love their club. It was important that everyone heard their sadness. It’s part of our job to know how to listen and hear their dissatisfaction and their criticisms when things aren’t going so well. It was done calmly and it was soothing, ”says Da Costa.

He also spoke about his future: “Everyone knows very well the affection I have for this club. I am sad and unhappy. Now, let’s see what’s next. We must take a step back, discuss calmly. And above all not to make the same mistakes, because otherwise it would become critical for the future of the club. »

The player: Kevin Farade (Créteil)

Author of a double Friday, May 6 against Cholet, Kevin Farade brought his total to 13 goals. Quite remarkable statistics in a team often in pain. Farade is National’s sixth scorer. “He’s a boy who has made great strides this season,” explains his coach Manu Da Costa.
