Francesc Senpau will not continue at the helm of Bisbal Bàsquet. This closes a two-season stage with the first team competing in the EBA League. The club, through a statement, explained this situation and also revealed that the will of both parties involved was to expand their relationship, but that after a month and a half of talks and negotiations no agreement has been reached.

“We would like to thank Cesc for his great work at the head of our project in these first two seasons in the EBA League, where with his predisposition, involvement and leadership we have achieved the established goals and we have written some brilliant pages in the history of Bisbal Bàsquet. We crossed and joined the roads at a time when club, team and coach were taking the first steps in a category as demanding as the EBA League and with the joint effort we enjoyed great evenings in the Old Pavilion and we stepped on tracks from all over sharing milestones never achieved by our club “, it is expressed in the writing.

This year, Bisbal Bàsquet has achieved one balance of 13 victories and 9 defeats and at times it was possible to believe in a hypothetical classification for the ascent phases which ultimately did not occur. The squad has worked perfectly even though it has missed some more pieces in the inside game. This is where the two bad experiences when it comes to signing Americans need to be remembered. Mike Amius, despite spending weeks and weeks training, he could not make his debut due to bureaucratic problems and months before, Amir Warnock stepped back and did not even travel despite having reached an agreement with the club to join.
