BG Göttingen takes second division player Till Pape from Kirchheim – dpa

Bbasketball Bundesliga club BG Göttingen has signed Till Pape. The 24-year-old forward comes from the second division club VfL Kirchheim Knights and will receive a two-year contract, as the club from southern Lower Saxony announced on Tuesday. Pape had 30 minutes per game, 13.9 points and 6.2 rebounds in the 2nd Basketball Bundesliga ProA last season.

The 2.04 meter tall player started his career in his hometown with the Paderborn Baskets. After graduating from high school in 2015, he switched to the youth team at ratiopharm Ulm, collected young stars in ProB match practice with cooperation partner Weißenhorn and played for Ulm for the first time in December 2016 in the first division, in which he has played 27 games so far.
