Jeon Hyuk-jin (Yonex) won the men’s singles at the National Federation Badminton Championships.
Jeon Hyuk-jin defeated Lee Yun-gyu (Gimcheon City Hall) 2-0 in the men’s singles final at the 2022 Jeonghyang-nuri National Federation Category Championship held at the Jeongeup National Sports Center in Jeonbuk on the 26th to win the gold medal.
Jeon Hyuk-jin, who won the men’s singles at the Korea Masters Badminton Championships last month, won her second individual gold medal this season with this win.
In the women’s general division, Kim Na-young (Samsung Life Insurance) defeated Kim Joo-eun (Gimcheon City Hall) 2-0 to win the championship.
Kim Na-young led the team as captain in the 2022 DB Group Badminton Korean League in March and won the championship.
Sol-gyu Choi and Seung-jae Seo (Army National Army) won the gold medal in the men’s doubles, and Yoo-jeong Chae and Hye-rin Kim (Incheon International Airport) in the women’s doubles doubles.
Go Seong-hyeon and Eom Hye-won (Gimcheon City Hall), who finished second at the Korea Open Badminton Championships last month, competed in the general mixed doubles event and took the top spot.
