Transfer market European football is predicted to be in the spotlight thanks to the big names who enter the rumours. Here are five star players who are being targeted in the summer transfer market, starting with Kylian Mbappe until Paulo Dybala.
The issue of player transfers is still not far from elite European clubs such as Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Manchester United, and Juventus.
The clubs are rumored to be willing to spend big money to get the signature of the targeted player. The following is a list of star players who have been included in the transfer rumours:
1. Kylian Mbappe
Kylian Mbappe was in the spotlight because the contract extension dialogue with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) did not come to an agreement. The 22-year-old is reportedly close to Real Madrid.
Talks between Real Madrid and Kylian Mbappe are said to be positive. In Marca’s report, Mbappe is already individually interested in joining Real Madrid in the near future.
Mbappe’s contract, which expires on June 30, will allow the French striker to leave Paris for free. This is considered a loss for PSG because last season Real Madrid was said to have offered Mbappe a proposal worth 200 million euros.
2. Robert Lewandowski
Robert Lewandowski has hinted that he wants to leave Bayern Munich after not being willing to extend his contract which expires on June 30, 2023.
Contract talks between Lewandowski and Die Roten management have reached a dead end. It became one of the signals that the 33-year-old striker wanted to venture to a new place.
In Marca’s report, Barcelona made Lewandowski the main target to fill the front line post. The sharpness of the Polish player who has been proven at Bayern Munich is one of the considerations for the Blaugrana to look for a new bomber.
