2 descents and 2 climbs in 4 seasons: Scott Parker, the trainer who loves thrills

The Bournemouth manager is called Scott Parker. Former England international, the 41-year-old midfielder wore Charlton, Chelsea, Newcastle, West Ham, Tottenham and Fulham jackets during his playing career.

His career as a coach is amazing: in four seasons, he has just experienced two descents (2019 and 2021 with Fulham) and two climbs (2020 with Fulham and 2022 with Bournemouth). If we follow the logic, he should return to downhill next season… Coach for only four exercises, so he seems to like thrills.

For its part, Nottingham Forest will have to go through the four-team accession tournament to find the Premier League, which the club, twice winner of the ancestor of the Champions League, has not known for 23 years. Huddersfield, who left in 2019, will also play in the accession tournament. Sheffield and Luton currently occupy the other two places, but are within firing range of Middlesbrough and Millwall.
