Zamora is left without the Promotion Phase to the Women’s Basketball League | Radio Zamora

Zamora

It could not be. Zamora will not be the venue for the Promotion Phase to the Women’s Basketball League, since the Federation has opted for the other request, and has chosen Jairis Murcia’s offer, so it will take place in Alcantarilla (Murcia)

This was communicated by the federal entity on the afternoon of this Tuesday:

“The Spanish Basketball Federation has chosen the Hozono Global Jairis proposal as the organizing entity for the final phase of the LF Challenge to be held from April 30 to May 1.

Thus, the Fausto Vicent pavilion, in Alcantarilla, will host the contest between the four teams that make it through the first part of the Playoff.

With the certification of Barça’s direct promotion, the second ticket to the LF Endesa will be decided in a Playoff in which those classified from second to ninth place participate. The first part of this final phase consists of home and away matches that will be decided based on the order of the table.

The winners of these clashes will meet in Alcantarilla, where two semi-finals and a final will be played, resulting in the team promoted to the top competition. In the absence of a day to finish the regular league, the eight teams that will fight to reach Murcia are already known: Hozono Global Jairis, Recoletas Zamora, Vantage Towers Alcobendas, Manuela Fundación Raca, CAB Estepona Jardín Costa Sol, Osés Construccion Ardoi, Celta Zorka Recalvi and Lima-Horta Barcelona”

Therefore, it will have to be in Murcia in which the Recoletas try to achieve the return to the Women’s League, although before that they will have to overcome a round-trip tie (with the return to the Ángel Nieto) to be one of the four teams present in the Final Four. Before that, the last regular league game remains, which will be played this Saturday in Granada against Fundación Raca.
