Dominican Starling Marte reached 300 stolen bases for life in the Major Leagues (MLB) on Sunday.
In the top of the sixth inning, Marte swindled out third base against the Arizona Diamondbacks. On that same play, he ended up scoring after a poor throw by Venezuelan catcher José Herrera.
With his 4th. robbery of the year, the native of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, reached the round number of scams.

In the historical list, Starling Marte, 33, equaled Frank Taveras and BJ Upton in box 167.
Now, the outfielder has Bobby Lowe (303) in his sights.

During the offseason, the Dominican baseball player reached an agreement with the New York Mets for four seasons and 78 million dollars.
This season, Marte is batting .254. Additionally, he has two home runs and 13 RBIs.
