The Mercantile Court number 17 of Madrid has responded to the request for UEFA to annul the precautionary measures issued just a year ago in relation to the ‘Superliga case’. This has been determined in a car made public this Monday, which is a setback for the clubs that still support the project: Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus. This is how El Periódico de España publishes it.

The judge had accepted a year ago the request of these three clubs to prevent UEFA will retaliate against them, but now attends the request of the body that presides over Alexander Ceferin to rescind those same measures, pending the judging of the merits of the matter.
