With stars in their eyes and the satisfaction of having taken a further step in their career as young judoka, Clara and Jean Diener have returned from the individual French Cup reserved for minors. Even if they were not crowned, Clara and Jean acquired solid benchmarks in this high-level competition, disputed on Saturday March 26 in Essonne.
Their coaches, Anne-Sophie Dartois and Aldo Jouanny, who accompanied them, are convinced of this: “This 2021-2022 season marks the resumption of competitions after two years of scarcity, this trip to a national level remains an achievement but also the point of departure for the preparation of a future season. Jean will be a minimal second year and will be able to claim, thanks to this formative experience, even better results. Clara, first year cadet, will continue to progress.
Fond of encounters and adversity, they are already ready to get back to work to participate in the next departmental team competitions, in which they intend to fly the colors of Côtes-d’Armor.
