・ Implement a course according to the prescribed curriculum.
・ The text will be “Basketball Teaching Textbook Revised Volume 1 and Volume 2”, and the training will be conducted using a workbook. Please refer to the JBA homepage for purchasing.

8 About infection prevention
(1) If a positive person or a close contact person occurs during the course, the measures to be taken are as follows.
A) If a positive person is confirmed during the course, or if a person is designated as a close contact, the course will be canceled at that point.
B) If the above occurs, promptly contact the leader training committee chairman: Tetsuya Hashiishi (080-3194-3540), and contact related organizations such as the health center for guidance on how to deal with it.
(2) If a positive person or a close contact person occurs before the seminar is held, the measures to be taken are as follows.
A) The positive person and the person including the incubation period cannot participate in the seminar.
B) If the person designated as the contact person and the family / living person living together are judged to be close contacts, they cannot participate in the seminar.
9 Application for attendance
(1) If you would like to attend, please apply from the event “Course / Workshop List” of Team JBA on the Japan Basketball Association website.
(2) The application period isReiwa 4 years４moon22Sun (Gold) 9:00 to May 24 (Fire) 13:00is. If the capacity is reached, the application deadline will be reached at that point. In that case, additional recruitment may be made due to cancellation, so if you wish, please contact us by e-mail with your name and ID specified below. (However, we do not guarantee attendance.) In addition, we will not attend if the number of attendees is less than the minimum number of participants. Please note.
(3) If it is found that there was an act that is not suitable for the student (acts contrary to integrity, corporal punishment, sexual harassment, etc.), the instructor training committee will discuss and the course will be cancelled.
(4) Details of the textbook and curriculum, payment of tuition fees, precautions for attendance, etc. will be notified by e-mail at a later date when the event and attendance are decided.
(5) Since this course is limited to a limited number of students, we do not accept cancellations after the course has been decided. Please note that if you cancel after you have decided to take the course, new applicants may be given priority for future courses.
(6) Participants from outside the prefecture are required to submit either (1) vaccination twice vaccination certificate or (2) PCR test certificate (about one week before next prefecture).
(7) Carefully read Attachment 2[Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of New Coronavirus Infectious Diseases]After that, please participate according to the guidelines of this course. In addition, the people concerned, staff, and students in the facility should take an appropriate epidemic prevention system such as “washing hands, disinfecting, wearing masks, etc.”
(8) Fill out Attachment 3[Health Check Sheet]in advance and submit it to the reception desk on the day of the event.At the same time, admission may not be permitted depending on the health condition (body temperature measuring device, physical condition, etc.) of the day. In addition, please refrain from visiting the venue if you have symptoms such as fatigue or fever on the day of the event.
