Plelauff. The leisure area debated at the municipal council

The city council of Plélauff met on Tuesday evening at the town hall to discuss current issues.

Living Well Everywhere in Brittany

As part of the operation “Living well everywhere in Brittany”, the Region supports projects aimed at improving access to sport and solidarity. The municipality has initiated a reflection for the development of a city-park leisure area and fitness modules. The work is estimated at €110,000 excluding VAT, the municipality could benefit from a grant of up to 20% of the amount, i.e. aid of €22,000.

A Plélauffienne wishes to rent, for a period of six months, a dwelling belonging to the municipality, located at 15, Grande-Rue and which is currently vacant. The monthly rent is set at €237 (plus one month deposit). The elected officials accepted.

Multipurpose room kitchen rental

Faustine Auffret, caterer, has set up her company in Plélauff. She would occasionally like to use the kitchen in the village hall for some of her performances. The council gave a favorable opinion, it stops the amount of the rental at the price of 90 € per day. An agreement will be concluded between the parties.

The municipality acquires land for 1 €

An heir to a plot of 4,666 m2 proposes to sell it to the municipality for the symbolic euro. The board has approved the acquisition. The costs of the notarial deed will be borne by the municipality.

Sale of a lot to Park Skaven

A person wishes to buy the cadastral lot with an area of ​​1,224 m2at the Park Skaven housing estate to build a dwelling house.

The elected officials responded positively. The lot will be sold at the price of €3 excluding tax per m2. Notary fees and related expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Grants to associations

The council decided to pay subsidies to the ADMR of Corlay, 40 €; at the Ploufragan CFA, for two students, €100; at the Judo-club of Saint-Nicolas-du-Pélem, for a member, 20 €.

Sanitation

Alain Kerbiriou, assistant, reported on the last control visit to the collective sanitation station, commissioned in 2000. Filtration was rated as effective. The controller of the Departmental Agency for Support to Communities (Adac) and the technical assistance service for operators of wastewater treatment plants (Satese), Philippe Le Cam, observed that the result of the sanitation was correct. A dose of discharged water was taken for analysis.
